Real Estate Agency
Axelrod Architects from Tel Aviv turned a “leftover” space in a residential condo building into a unique office space for a real estate development firm. The small irregularly shaped area of 100sqm was vertically activated with three changes to the floor level. The unfinished concrete ceiling and rugged wood flooring contrasts with the sleek kitchen and storage system.
The glass conference area which stands outside the building envelope in a serene garden gives this space a very special quality. This expansion of the space provides an unusual level of visual and spatial relief for the three person business.
